Description

Aketon is based on the example of pourpoint of Charles de Bois from the second half of the XIV c. It fits to the body andguarantees freedom of movements.

Sleeve

The sleeve has an anatomic shape and lack of filling in the crook area doesn`t block the blood flow. Additionally the sleeve is equipped with strings for better fitting and easier taking off. Collar is 3 cm high. Aketon is tied with strings with tip, which is included in the set.

Twists and turns

Made of thick linen, resistant to attrition. Filled with flax feathers, which guarantee good amortisation and warmth. Aketon is quilted with thick flaxen thread and hand-made.
